The list of registered participants can be found here.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
  • The buildings workshop takes place from Monday, September 8 until Friday, September 12.
  • All lectures will take place in Lecture Rooms CYCL 01/02/03, building "Marc de Hemptinne", Chemin du Cyclotron 2, Louvain-la-Neuve.
  • Participants (except invited speakers) are asked to arrange accommodation on their own. We have prebooked rooms in two different hotels in Louvain-la-Neuve: In either case, mention the keyword "UCL Buildings 2025" in your communication with the hotel.
  • Warning: Some participants are receiving emails from "Global Travel" related to travel and/or accommodation. This is a scam.
  • There will be a registration fee of €100, covering the coffee breaks. This fee is waived for organizers, invited speakers and for young participants in need of financial support.
  • Here is a list with a few suggestions for the free time on Wednesday afternoon.
